5 Tips To Stop Procrastination!!
Hello friends my self vinayak Gove a proud member of Versatile Youth Empowerment Program I'm going to share a blog with my own experience so without wasting time let's begin
1. Promise yourself to give rewards
Promise yourself to give rewards when any task is completed it will give more energy to take to accept new task.
2. Minimize distractions
To avoid distractions find pnp (powerful negative people) and ppp ( powerful positive people) so that there will be less destruction by keeping pnp away. If you have distractions on phone then then put timer on them then they will automatically lock that app.
3. To snooze alarm ⏰
Many of us snooze alarm in morning when the alarm rings so there is a simple trick to solve the problem
i) keep your phone away from your bed it means whenever the alarm rings you should walk up and get out of bed to dismiss the alarm
ii) This is app called Alarm clock puzzle
(available at play store ) it rings and dismiss only when the puzzle is solved or sum is solved
4. Break things or work in small steps.
Break things or work in small steps it makes easy to identify difficulties or pnp to prevent and to make a preplan.
5. Get Organized
Beacause of organized plan it makes easy to find purpose and to achieve goals. Beacause Plans provide motivation and commitment.Plans set performance standards. Planning allows flexibility.
