3 qualities to begin a journey to become a true leader !!


Hello guys my self Maha Kokate a proud member of VERSETILE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM. Inbirth I have leadership qualities and now I am ready to explore that quality through this blog. Few month I done a lot of research on the leaders and the quality leaders use to occupy. I use the same in my life and experience the transformation from the great qualities of the successful leaders . 

This quality not only made me a great leader but also a great person and humble human. I read tremendous book on leadership and on the great leaders. Even the very powerful book named as 'The Leader Who Had No Title' was presented by me as a book ppt last week. So I realised this quality should be shared to other leaders who don't know about there inner power and potential.

Let's begin.
 Three main issues in leadership.

1. Runs behind title.
   People's generly says , gives excuses that they didn't perform there best and not gave their 100% because they don't have a position or a title.
They had fixed in there mind that leader means the one who had title . So they don't take initiative for leading. They need title.

2. Fear in difficult situations.
   When we are moving in this journey moving forward there are lots of stpes of failure in it. Generally people are fear about the word. They just can't tolerate failure due to this they don't even try.

3. Not gaing respect from others.
   Leaders are just leaders for name but they are acting as a boss... They are not runing with there team but making there te run for there goals.

Lets move to wards the solution of this very powerful problems to become a leader.

The three qualities to become a true leader.

1. No titled leader
If any work you see which is pending and you can do your best in that , then go for it, don't stop for the position or title. Lead with out any title. No title is needed to lead in your community. Just try your best for the organisation.

2. Lead in difficult time
First of all there is nothing like failure there is always a feed back. The difficult times are those who gives you the opportunity. This opportunity are not only the simple opportunity this are golden opportunity... Which will change your life . Just stay firm in your goals , and always be AWF (always move forward)
Don't change your path and lose your hopes.

3. Be a great person give respect.
 A humble person can get respect . The one who will give respect with out any except. Then definitely he is going to get a hug respect from others. This is a best quality of a leader if a leader is just excepting a respect but insulting other then you can't be a great leader.

So guys this are soulution of the mention problems. Leadership and success are our birth rights so don't make others leads to your rights. I too was unrecognised about my potential but know this qualities gave me the power. And I am on the path of becoming a true leader. So let's take initiative and lead in your field. Read more books and listen audios which will help you. A start your own jouney.
