5 Ways to Handle Depression!!

Do you feel unhappy most of days??? Do you feel low in the morning but better in the evening? Do you avoid people's or situation?? Have you lost your confidence?? If yes then it's a red alert that you are in depression. And you want to get free from this depression then this blog is for you.
What is depression???
Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed.
Carl Jung says that "even a happy life can not be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happy' would lose it's meaning if it were not balanced by sadness."
How depression can affect your relationship???
Unfortunately depression can cause overwhelming lonliness and detachment which can hinder any relationship. Some people who suffer from depression experience debilitating exhaustion And hopelessness which can be very frustrating for two people in relationship. Mental illness can affect many aspects of life, including intimate relationships. Some individuals may experience hesitancy fear of disclosure to their partners due to the continued stigma surrounding mental illness. Communication is key to having a health, positive relationship dispite mental health struggles.
What are the five characteristics of depression?
1. Hopeless Outlook.
2. Lost interest.
3. Fatigue
4. Anxiety
5. Emotions
So let's see 5 ways to handle depression....
1. Exercise take a 15 to 30 minutes brisk walk everyday. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active but get yourself to do it anyway. If you need a push ask a friend to do it with you. Getting any activity started helps boost your mood.
2. Eat healthy food. Some people with depression don't feel much like eating some may over it but what you eat can affect your mood and energy. So with depression you need to be sure to eat right. That means plenty of fruit, vegetable, and whole grains.
3. Don't dwell on problems. It can feel good to talk through a problem with a caring friend. But depression can lead peoples to complain, blame, and rehash problems too much. It can keep you focused on what's wrong. Talk about good things too it can help your mood become more positive.
4. Express yourself. With depression your creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. But it can help to do things that get your creative juices flowing. Bra or sale or compose music. Do things you can enjoy even a little that helps turn depression around.
5. Notice good things. Depression affects or but since view of things full star things can seem dismal, negative and hopeless. To shift your view make it a goal to notice three good things in everyday. The model notice what's good the more you will notice.
